How we Prioritize the Viorè Community

Below are the Policies and Procedures that keep our business running smoothly.

Please note that our rescheduling and cancellation policies are automatically controlled by our system in conjunction with the worldwide time clock EST. It is your responsibility to manage your appointment from your Appointment Confirmation/Reminder eMails. Our system sends out multiple reminders that allow you to do so.

Late Policy

Spa Guest have a 10 minute grace period. At the 11th minute, if I am not on the treatment table my appointment will be canceled and a re-booking fee of $50 must be paid in order to book a new appointment.

Rescheduling

A 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥 notice is required for 𝗔𝗡𝗬 appointment changes. If a less than 24 hour notice is provided and spa guest would like to reschedule -- your initial appointment retainer is loss & a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged to your card on file.

Cancellations

A 𝟮𝟰 𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗥 notice is required for 𝗔𝗡𝗬 appointment changes. If a less than 24 hour notice is provided and spa guest would like to cancel - your 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 will be charged to your card on file.

Fill Ins

If you book a fill in but arrive needing a full set, you will be charged full set pricing - no exceptions. For Fill Ins, you must have minimum 40% of extensions left. If you are not sure, please text a picture to 803-665-4040

Refunds

All payments are non refundable and that Viorè Spa does NOT offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.
