Orders will take about 5-7 business days (M-F) to arrive once received by shipping company.

Please utilize your tracking number for any information regarding your package once received. Once we, (Viore Co) drop your package off to the shipping company we will not have any additional information on your package. We will only have access to the same information available to you via tracking number.

Once a product is shipped out and labeled, "delivered", we are no longer reliable for any stolen or lost packaged. You will need to contact the delivery company directly with questions or concerns. We will not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.
