The policies below allow us to provide you fast and accurate shipping. Please read thoroughly before placing your order.
Shipping and Handling Times:
Most orders will take about 5-9 business days (Monday - Friday) to arrive upon shipping. Please be patient as we, Viorè Co, cannot speed up the shipping times with postal services. We can only confirm the same information you have via the tracking number sent to you once we drop package off at the respective postal office.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a product is shipped out and noted "delivered" we are no longer liable for any stolen or lost packages.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We will not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.
Damage Product due to Shipping and Handling:
Disrupted packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of Viorè Co but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, therefore norefunds or exchanges will be allowed.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival. Viorè Co is willing to provide solutions to broken products, not broken packaging of products since that does not disrupt the use of the actual product. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
REFUND POLICIY
All Customs & duties fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
All in store sales are final.
All product orders are non-refundable if opened.
All digital product eBooks, in person and or online training courses are non refundable.
