Late Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period for student and instructor. Please note, your course time is important. After 10 minutes, you will be charged $1 per minute late up to 30 minutes.

Rescheduling

Student has the opportunity to reschedule their class 2 times. The first reschedule will continue to be secured with paid retainer. The second reschedule date will require remaining class total to secure. No exceptions.

Cancellations

Student may cancel course at any time. Please note that any payment made will be non refundable. No exceptions.

Refunds

There are no refunds on trainings, virtual trainings, or ebooks.
