How can I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, please navigate to our "Reserve an Appointment" page by clicking HERE.
Where is Viorè Spa located?
We are located at 1704 Budon Court Columbia, SC 29204
I would like to book a Spa Day. How should I book?
Spa Days are our speciality! Reach out to us at 803-665-4040 with your name.
In your Spa Day request please provide the occasion, requested dates, and main services requested to be performed or request to see our pre made Spa Days.
I do not see the date/time I want to book for. What should I do?
If you do not see a time or date that works with your schedule please text 803-665-4040 with your Full Name, Requested Appointment Date/Time (for better options please provide at least 2 dates that would work for you), and Requested Service.
Please note their will be an uncharge of up to $75 based on the time and date you are requesting outside of the hours provided on our service calendar.
I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment. How should I do this?
Please navigate to your appointment confirmation email and or appointment reminder email, scroll to the bottom and select "Change/Cancel".
This is where you are able to select another service date or cancel your appointment.

I did not see the Consultation Form in my email. Where can I find it?
Navigate HERE to our Spa Policies page to access it.
I want to book a Facial and Lashes. How do I do this?
Facials are done before your lashes. Please navigate to the Skin Section of our booking link, select the facial you'd like, open the "Add on" section and add on the lash set you would like.
This will give us proper time to complete both services.

I do not know what type of lashes I want. How can Viorè help?
Before you book an appointment, book a Beauty Call HERE. This is where we can create your signature lashes via our styling system. This is where you can see a mock up of your lashes.
Can I get my lashes wet after my appointment?
Yes, you may get them wet as we use Bonder and Sealant to help assist with drying your lashes.
It is important to note that you should not submerge your lashes as you want to be gentle with them the first 24 hours.
When should I book my fill in?
Fill ins should be booked every 2-3 weeks. Even if you could go longer than 3 weeks it is important to remember that Fill Ins are maintenance.
The average person looses 2-5 natural lashes a day. While your lashes are still attached they may have grown out. If so, we have to remove these fans and replace with fresh ones.

What are Classic Lashes (The Timeless Silhouette)?
Classic Lashes are very natural and follows the lash line to the T. This means if you have gaps in your natural lash line, you will see the same gaps with the Extensions on.
Classic Lashes are timeless hence it's Viorè given name. This is perfect for Army personnel or Corporate Baddies who want an every day pop to their look.
Classic lashes are thin and do NOT give fluffy and full.
What are Hybrid Lashes (The Elegant Blend)?
Hybrid lashes give the natural yet full look.
This is where we add Classic Extensions and Volume Fans into one set, blended to perfection. If you want a more natural look, we'll put more Classics and if you'd like your lashes on the fuller side, we'll add more Volume fans.
This set is our best seller given the fact that it gives the strip lash feel. If you want noticeable lashes this is set to choose.
What are Volume Lashes (The Luxe Noir)?
Volume lashes give full, dark, and fluffy. If you love wearing strip lashes this set is for you.
This set is thick and give drama. You can get this set in a short, medium, or long length. This set is thick but light on the eyes and is a glam gurl's FAVORITE.
I would like to add complimentary bottom lashes to my lash set. How can I do this?
Be sure to add on to your lash service when booking. If you forget to add it on and business time permits, we may still be able to provide the service.
Brow Enhancements

I do not like to wax my brows. Do you offer any other brow shaping service?
Understood! We offer brow tweeze and shaping with beauty razor. Click HERE to book.
My Brows are itchy from my Brow Lamination Service. What should I do?
In the complimentary Aftercare bag provided - use the brow oil, brushing thoroughly through the brow hairs.
Doing this twice a day will help the itching stop.
I am using retinol. Can I get my brows waxed?
No. Please discontinue use and return for your brow service in 7 days.
Luxe Lash Clusters

How are Clusters different from Extensions?
Think of Clusters as a cut up strip. They are glued with semi-permanent lash glue to multiple lashes at one time.
Due to no isolation being done like in Extensions, Cluster lashes are only healthy for 1-1.5 Weeks of wear.
Why? Because each natural lash grow at different rates. This can cause lash damage as the natural lashes grow out.

Do I get Fill Ins for Clusters?
No. Clusters are best for 1 to 1.5 week wear to prevent damage. Clusters are removed before a new set is added.
Can I customize my Luxe Cluster lash set?
Yes. You can choose from Cat Eye Shape, Wispy and more.

How long should I wait to book a Brazilian Wax?
Make sure your hair is the size of a sprinkle or grain of rice before booking your appointment.
I am a new client, can I get a chemical peel my first service?
If your skin barrier is not compromised and we confirm so, you may receive one. However, a consultation must be booked in order to do so.
